At Animal-Figures we are deeply commited to protecting the privacy of our Internet visitors.

We respect your privacy and we don't collect information about our users without their knowledge. Where information is collected, as when a user registers for our mailing list, that information is used for market analysis only. We do not disclose information about specific individuals to anyone.

Logfiles and Web Statistics
We do keep track of web statistics, such as the number of visitors to our site, web pages that have referred you to our site, and so on, but we do not share our web statistics (ie the number of visitors to the site, referring URLs, most popular pages etc.) with anyone.

E-mails and Contact Information
We do not share or sell the e-mail addresses or other contact information collected for our mailing list or from other sources such as asking a question.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping rates are as follows

Under $ 50 $6.50  $ 50 to   $ 74.99 $7.50  $ 75 to  $ 99.99 $8.50 $100 to $149.99 $9.50 Over $150 Free

Orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after receiving them.  Normally we do not backorder items. If an item is currently unavailable, this will usually be indicated when the item is placed in your shopping cart.  Occsionally an item has just become unavailable.  In that case we will notify you when we receive your order, and refund your payment.

Orders will ordinarily be shipped by UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service Ground Mail. Your order should arrive within 7-9 business days for credit card, PayPal or money order payments.  Orders paid by check will be shipped after the check has cleared.

OUR RETURN POLICY

If you request a return, we will be glad to send a replacement or refund (minus shipping). You must e-mail returns@animal-figures.com or phone us (732) 548-5775 before returning any items. Be sure to let us know what item you will be returning. We will respond with complete return instructions.   Items being returned must be in their original container with all of the original packing  contents.   Postage must be prepaid.  We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.

OUR BASIC GUARANTEE

Every product you purchase from Animal-Figures must be free of defects or you may return it immediately to us for replacement or full refund. Also you may return to us within 30 days of purchase, for a refund or replacement, any item which you are not completely satisfied with.

SUBSTITUTIONS


                                 FINE JEWELRY LIMITED GUARANTEE                          

Our Fine Jewelry is guaranteed to be as described.If not completely satisfied, return merchandise within five days of delivery for replacement or full refund.** Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, with the original sales slip.  *Certain limitations apply to the following custom-made items: Special-size rings and items with monograms or names are not cancelable or returnable for refund.

     TWO-YEAR LIMITED MECHANICAL AND LCD WATCH GUARANTEE 

We will repair at no charge the mechanism of any watch purchased from us which proves defective within 2 years of purchase date. Contact us at returns@animal-figures.com for the specific details of our return policy.  The item’s Guarantee Certificate will be required for the return, and you must include $5.00 per item, to cover the cost of handling, return postage and insurance. This Guarantee does not cover watches subjected to unauthorized repair, modification or abuse. This Guarantee does not cover broken crystals or worn watchbands. To replace either, remit an additional $2.50 for crystal, or leather, or plastic watchband with your Certificate. To replace metal, special decorative or jeweled ladies' watchbands contact info@animal-figures.com for a price quote. This guarantee does not cover analog quartz watches - (See one-year limited quartz analog watch guarantee). This guarantee does not cover watches that have their own Manufacturer's Guarantee and service center locations included with the watch.

             ONE-YEAR LIMITED QUARTZ ANALOG WATCH GUARANTEE

Your quartz analog watch movement is guaranteed for 1 year from date purchased against any failures due to defective materials or workmanship, and will be repaired or replaced** provided the watch has not been abused or subjected to unauthorized repair or modification. To have your watch repaired under this guarantee, contact us at info@animal-figures.com for specific details.  The item’s Guarantee Certificate will be required for the repair, and you must include $7.50 per item to cover the cost of handling, return postage and insurance. An additional $2.50 will be required to replace bands or crystals that are broken or worn. To replace metal, special decorative or jeweled ladies’ watchbands write for a price quote. This guarantee does not cover watches that have their own Manufacturer's Guarantees and service center locations included with each watch.
 
ONE-YEAR MECHANICAL OR QUARTZ WALL CLOCK GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

We will repair, at no charge, the mechanism and actual movement of a wall clock if it proves defective within 1 year of purchase date. To have your clock repaired under this guarantee, contact us at info@animal-figures.com for specific details.  The item’s Guarantee Certificate will be required for the repair, and you must include $12.50 per item to cover the cost of handling, return postage and insurance.  This guarantee does not cover any glass or wood facings, nor wall clocks subjected to unauthorized repair, modification or abuse.


                                                 SUBSTITUTIONS

We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items shown at our site are actual photos of the products available at the time of inclusion in the site. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. All the sizes of products indicated or shown are close approximations. Although we work diligently to ensure the accuracy of item descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct clerical and entry errors.
